Lilac Guitar Lounge presents this amazing 1988 Fender American Vintage Stratocaster ‘62 model in limited edition Blond. These are quite rare guitars, and they are from a run of “Mary Kaye” style guitars that Fender created right as it was launching its Custom Shop in 1987. These models were made through 1989 and they are all fantastic guitars (trust us, we have a 1989 Mary Kaye Jazz Bass from the same product line in our closed shop collection). These guitars were assembled by some of the crew that went on to become Master Builders (John Cruz) and leaders in the Custom Shop (Jesus Andrade) and they are such wonderful guitars in sound and feel. These don’t pop for sale very often and when they do they go fast, so if you’re interested let us know! We are so stoked to have this special instrument in the shop, so don’t hesitate to contact us and ask about it.
